Baby Barristers now offers staffing solutions specifically designed to work with the unusual business model of barristers’ chambers.Chambers often find themselves understaffed for periods preceding trial, particularly in cases that involve large amounts of paperwork.

This work is usually undertaken by any available juniors and pupils, who work on it as and when they can between court visits and other pressing appointments.

However, it can be done more efficiently by one or more paralegals supplied by us, working full time at more competitive charge rates.

The benefits of using our paralegals are as follows:

1.      Our paralegals are all from Baby Barrister’s huge and unique database of BVC/BPTC graduates; 

2.      All paralegals that we place are met, referenced, interviewed and where necessary, CRB checked; 

3.      Our paralegals ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY CHAMBERS. We employ them through our company structure and supply them to chambers as and when needed, there is no minimum term for assignments;

4.      We maintain a pool of good candidates ready to take up positions at a moment’s notice. We can have candidates ready to work the day following a request for staff; 

5.      All of our consultants at Baby Barristers are legally trained; we pride ourselves on supplying candidates that match requirements with minimal client input;
